Orders
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified.
- We do not ship on weekends and bank holidays.
- If you have a question about your order please contact us referencing the order number.
What forms of payment do we accept?
Most major credit cards, as well as payments made through PayPal.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the UK only. Once posted, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to help you resolve any problems.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Depending on the shipping option you chose you should expect your order to arrive within:
- UK Royal Mail 2nd class - 3-5 business days
- UK Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-3 business days
- Next Day Delivery (ordered pre-12pm) - 1 business day
Returns
We really hope that you enjoy our products but if something is not right please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to either exchange or refund your order as required.
Please note that skincare or food products cannot be replaced if they have been used, opened, or damaged.
If you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased please contact us referencing the order number.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible referencing your order number and attached evidence of the damaged product.
