Orders

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (we do not ship on weekends/bank holidays). If you have a question about your order please email us at hello@honeybeefarmacy.com or use the contact form on this website.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as payments made through PayPal.

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. Once posted, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any questions please email hello@honeybeefarmacy.com.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Depending on the shipping option you chose you should expect your order to arrive within:

UK Royal Mail 2nd class - 3-5 business days
UK Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-3 business days
Next Day Delivery (ordered pre-12pm) - 1 business day

Returns

We hope that you enjoy our products but if something is not right please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to either exchange or refund your order as required. If you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased please email us at hello@honeybeefarmacy.com with the order number in the subject line.

Please note that skincare or food products cannot be returned if they have been used, opened or damaged.
